Welcome to The RIZE Program

The RIZE Program is an arts program for youth. The program is designed by Edna Garcia to raise awareness and give young people the tools to appropriately identify and express emotions that can lead to violence if left unchecked, "Stop Violence through the Arts" provides dramatic examples of how the arts can provide young people with alternatives to violence, turning anger and confusion into creative expression leading to job and life skills. RIZE Program Values Accept zero tolerance of violence and abuse. Promote healthy and violence-free relationships. Respect individual and personal choices. Advocate for youth-directed and barrier free services. Empower youth against violence.
